My Troubadour

Privacy

What we keep, where it lives, and how to see, download or delete it. This covers this site (my-troubadour.com) and the app (app.my-troubadour.com). Last updated 20 October 2026.

Who

My Troubadour is run by Entropic Signal (Dominic Mancini), Miami, USA. Write to hello@my-troubadour.com. A person reads every email.

What we keep
  • If you ask for access on this site: your name and email, and what else you chose to tell us (phone, what describes you, your act or website, your message).
  • About you, once you use the app: your name, email, photo, city and language, the look you chose (theme, app icon, text size), and when you last opened the app.
  • Your work: your acts, dates, programmes, songs, lyrics and recordings, your brand kit (bios, links, posts), the venues and contacts you add, fees and splits, invoices and payments, and the bank and tax details you enter.
  • Notes you send: feedback, with any screenshots and the screen you were on.
  • What the app does for you: the suggestions and checks it makes, what they cost, drafts of emails, a log of changes to your desk, and, if you turn on notifications, an address for each phone.
  • How you use the app: we count which features you turn on and off (and the reason, if you give one) and how often you open them, to decide what to build. Counts only: no content, nothing you type, no third parties. The raw counts are kept 90 days, then only daily totals. They are in Download my data.
  • On the request form only: a scrambled code made from your network address, kept with the request to stop spam. It cannot be turned back into the address.
Where it lives, and who helps
  • Cloudflare runs this site and the app and holds the database and the private file storage (photos, recordings, documents). Sign-in codes are sent by Cloudflare Access. Email is sent through Cloudflare from hello@my-troubadour.com. Today the app sends you no email unless Dom has switched emails on for your desk.
  • Suggestions and checks are written by Anthropic’s Claude. It receives only what the task needs: your stage name and city, your acts’ descriptions, your brand texts, the venues you track and your upcoming dates, and the web pages it reads or searches. It does not receive your fees, invoices, bank or tax details. Anthropic does not train its models on this.
  • Notifications, if you turn them on, go through the push service of your phone: Apple, Google, Mozilla or Microsoft. A message carries a short line and no email address or bank details. Today only admins get notifications.
  • In the app, the fonts of the look you choose are loaded from Google Fonts, so Google can see your network address when a page opens. This site loads no outside fonts.
  • A note you send in Feedback, and an access request, may be passed as a card to Dom’s own private planning system (your name, the note, the screen and the version). They are not shared further.
What we don’t do

No ads. We do not sell or share your data. No tracking across other sites. Asking for access does not sign you up for anything.

Your rights

You can see, download, correct or delete everything at any time, including under the GDPR: open Profile in the app, then Download my data, edit what is wrong, or Delete my account. Or write to us, including to have an access request deleted.

Deleting your account erases your data at once: your information, your acts and everything under them, and your photos, recordings and documents. Copies inside Cloudflare’s automatic database backups drop out within 30 days. We keep one note that an account was deleted: the date and whether you or an admin asked, with no name or email. If you need your invoices for your own books or taxes, download them first: we do not keep them for you.

Changes

We will tell you in the app before anything here changes.
